Field of Skills and Dreams Free Training Entries CLOSED

Field of Skills and Dreams and United States Mission 3-Months free training program that we have been talking about now has its applications portal closed earlier than the initial set timeline.

OGACEO can confirm this development exclusively. In a mail sent to all applicants who have successfully registered, the organizers, Field of Skills and Dreams through its Project Director, Mr. Omowale Ogunrinde, says that they appreciate the interest to register for the free vocational and technical training but at the same time they have been overwhelmed by the number of applications for the program.

And for that purpose it was written in the mail that; “We had to close the Application Portal on Saturday 5th September 2020 instead of the Advertised Date of Friday 11th September 2020 due to this fact.”

Furthermore, it says; “As at Saturday 5th October as displayed on our social media platforms, we had received 2757 applications. Unfortunately, it is impossible to offer Free Professional Training to all these number of applicants at the same time. Jana Stanfield said, ‘I cannot do all the good that the world needs…”.

Field of Skills and Dreams also give an hindsight into the screening pattern. Mr. Ogunrinde said, “We therefore wish to let you know that the selection process will be stringent and at five levels. Furthermore, since Lagos State has announced the Opening of Schools, only those who can prove their full ability to attend the Combination of Physical and Online classes will be selected.”

Finally, he charged those who might not make the final cut with some encouraging words, indicating that per adventure you don’t qualify this time; your application will be on file to be considered for other opportunities.
