Job Title: Administrative Officer

BSc/HND in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years’ related experience performing related role.
Genius Business School is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer for her and General Office Administration. The administrative officer will work closely with the various head of units and support our daily office procedures.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
• Updating office policies and procedures
• Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
• Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
• Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail
• Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
• Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews
• Creating reports and memos for supervisors and senior-level officers as needed
• Attend meetings and record notes and messages for supervisors and senior-level officers
• BSc/HND Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline with minimum of three (3) years’ related experience performing related role.
• Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of computer-based control systems, shared network drives, and excel packages.
• Be proficient in the use of MS office packages.
• Working knowledge of business management.
• Have good personality and interpersonal relationship as well as excellent communication skills.
